This privacy policy covers Nimble Photo, Nimble Task, and Nimble Text, and applies to any future apps we publish here. All of our apps are designed to run entirely on your Mac. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your data. Your privacy is not just a feature — it is the architecture of the apps.
Our apps collect no data whatsoever. This includes:
All content stays on your device. Nimble Photo classifies your photos using standard macOS Finder tags, written directly to your existing files — it never moves, copies, or duplicates them. Its local cache exists only to speed up browsing and can be deleted at any time without losing any data. Nimble Task stores your tasks in a local text file that you choose where to save. Nimble Text works entirely in memory, editing whatever is on your clipboard and copying it back on exit — nothing is written to disk. None of our apps communicate with any server or external service.
Our apps do not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, APIs, or analytics platforms.
Because our apps do not collect any data, they are safe for users of all ages.
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page. Given that our apps collect no data, we do not anticipate any changes.
